Talentius is a human resources technology platform providing AI-supported recruitment and talent acquisition solutions. Services provided through the platform may include: • AI-supported CV analysis and candidate matching • Job posting creation and management • Candidate pool creation • Pre-evaluation and digital interview processes • Reporting and analysis tools • Recruitment process management panel Talentius is not a party to the employment contract established between the candidate and the employer. The platform only provides digital mediation and software services.

• The user registering on the platform declares that the information provided is accurate and up-to-date. • The confidentiality and security of the user account is the responsibility of the user. • All transactions performed through the account are considered to belong to the user. • Talentius reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account in case of providing false, incomplete, or misleading information.

The User agrees and undertakes that they will: • Not share unlawful content, • Not upload personal data belonging to others without permission, • Not publish advertisements containing discrimination, • Not engage in activities that threaten the security of the platform, • Not create fake profiles or fake job postings. Talentius has the right to remove content, suspend the account, or close it completely in case of detection of behavior contrary to the terms of use.

Platform software, design, interface, algorithms, AI systems, brand, logo, and all content belong to Talentius. These contents: • Cannot be copied without permission, • Cannot be reproduced, • Cannot be used for commercial purposes, • Cannot be subjected to reverse engineering. Talentius brand and logo cannot be used without written permission.

Talentius acts in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (KVKK) and relevant legislation regarding the processing and protection of personal data. Detailed explanations regarding the processing of personal data are included in the Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy text located on the website.

Talentius is not responsible for: • Communication between candidate and employer, • The outcome of the recruitment process, • Content shared by users, • Temporary inaccessibility of the platform and any direct or indirect damages that may arise. The platform is provided "as is". Talentius does not guarantee uninterrupted and error-free service.

Talentius reserves the right, without prior notice, to: • Change services, • Update, • Temporarily suspend, • Completely terminate the platform.

Talentius has the right to change these Terms of Service. The updated text enters into force on the date it is published on the website. Continued use of the Platform by users signifies acceptance of the changes.

These Terms of Service are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of conflict, Istanbul (Central) Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized.
